Kino Gabriel: Rumors of SDF involvement in Idlib military operations “not true”
NORTH AND EAST SYRIA – After rumors that the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) were participating in the Syrian Arad Army (SAA) offensive in Idlib began to spread on social media and media outlets affiliated with the Turkish occupation forces, SDF spokesperson Kino Gabriel released a statement in Arabic refuting them.
In the statement published by the SDF Media Center, Gabriel states that the SDF leadership denies the rumors alleging their participation in the ongoing military operation in Idlib. “There have been media reports about the participation of the Syrian Democratic Forces in the military operations in the Idlib and western Aleppo regions,” read the statement. “We in the SDF confirm that this news is not true.”
