SDF issues a statement on the latest military developments
NORTH AND EAST SYRIA – The Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) Media Center issued a press statement on Monday about the latest military developments along the front of the Tel Abyad / Rish Ayno (Ras al-Ayn) Turkish occupation zone.

The Turkish invasion army and its terrorist mercenaries have intensified their attack and shelling with heavy weapons and missiles on the points and areas adjacent to the occupied cities of Sare Kaniyeh/ Ras Al Ain and Gire Spi/Tal Abyad.
On Saturday, February 15, 2020, they attacked the villages of Tal Tamer region. The Military Council of Tal Tamer responded to the attack and killed 4 mercenaries, as a result of the clashes which broke out.
On Sunday, February 16, 2020, they bombed several villages in Ain Issa town intensively, and even one of the Russian patrols that were there during the shelling near the village of Kobarlik was a target for them, that is why the patrol was forced to withdraw from the area of bombardment.
