GOZARTO: Syriac Union Party in Syria extends Newruz Day congratulations to Kurdish and all peoples of the region

Qamishli, Gozarto – On the occasion of Newruz Day, the co-chair of the Syriac Union Party in Syria Mr. Sanharib Barsoum, via social media congratulated the Kurdish people and all the peoples of the Autonomous region. In his message Barsoum wished all people of the regio security, prosperity and peace and the obtainment of their legitimate rights;

“On the occasion of Newruz Day, we extend our warmest congratulations to the Kurdish people and all peoples of the regio, wishing them wellbeing, security and peace. On this day we ask for the obtainment of legitimate rights and justice in order to build our country Syria on the basis of justice, equality and democracy.”

Barsoum also stressed the importance of the solidarity of the region ’s peoples in achieving democracy and justice, as well as building a society of brotherhood, cooperation and equity.
