IRAQ: ISIS terrorists attack security forces in Kirkuk. Two ISIS terrorist arrested
Kirkuk / Kerkeslokh – This morning around 5 o’clock a group of ISIS terrorists attacked a Iraqi federal security post in Kirkuk (Syriac: Kerkeslokh). According to Selwan Caqrawi, reporting to our news desk, the attack lasted for 2 hours after which security forces were able two repel the attack and arrest two of the terrorists.
Guerilla tactics are commonly used by ISIS in their attacks on civilian and official areas. After the attack ended, fighter jets of the ISIS coalition against ISIS attacked probable ISIS pocket hide-outs. ISIS sleeper cells use hideouts in inaccessible parts of Iraq, from where they plan and launch attacks on security forces and civilian areas.
