********** ISF PRESS STATEMENT **********
The concept of the resurrection is embodied by the victory over death and the creation of a good life filled with goodness and peace. On 19 April 2020, our Syriac-Chaldean-Assyrian people celebrated Eastern rite calendar Easter which is a symbol of sacrifice and redemption. Our country Syria has been facing numerous difficulties, challenges and terrorist attacks that tried to annihilate us and contributed to the displacement of our people, so it was necessary to defend the rights of our people through adopting coexistence and equality between all components of the Syrian people to ensure the rights of all, depending on international covenants of human rights.
We in the Internal Security Force extend our deep congratulations to the lives of our martyrs and their families as well as our Syriac-Chaldean-Assyrian people and all the peoples of the region. Blood of the martyrs has made the path of our future and we promise them to follow their way.
Happy Easter
