SYRIA: Nine students injured by IED near school in outside Daramsuq

DARAMSUQ — An improvised explosive device (IED) was detonated near a school on Thursday in the countryside of the Syrian capital of Daramsuq (Damascus) at the moment that the students were leaving for the day, resulting in wounding several students.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) reported that the explosion took place near a preparatory school in the town of Beit Jinn southwest of Daramsuq. Nine students were injured in the blast, some seriously.
