Russian Wagner mercenaries reinforce Libyan National Army positions west of Sirte

SIRTE, Libya — A social media account affiliated with the General Khalifa Haftar’s Libyan National Army (LNA) announced that a new group of Russian Wagner mercenaries has reinforced its positions west of the city of Sirte, in the north of the country.

In a post published on the Operation Volcano of Rage Facebook account affiliated with the LNA, they announced that a new group of the Russian Wagner was reinforcing its locations in Al-Khazan area in Jarif near the Al-Batuma area, west of Sirte. In addition, it is installing a new radar in the area upon its arrival.
