Syrian regime forces storm Kark al-Sharqi in Druco, bomb location in southern Edleb
DRUCO, Syria — Local sources told the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) that Kark al-Sharqi town in the Druco (Daraa) countryside has been stormed by Syrian regime forces who entered several houses in search of wanted persons. Initial clashes forced men fighting against the regime to withdraw from the town, which was then entered by regime forces.
According to the sources, regime reinforcements, including allied militiamen, were brought to the area.
In related news, towns of Fleifel, Sfuhin, Al-Fterah, Kansafra, and areas near Al-Bara and Baluon in the southern countryside of Edleb (Idlib) were targeted with rocket artillery by regime forces.
No information about potential casualties was immediately available.
Regime forces also targeted locations in Al-Ankawi in the Al-Ghab Plain, northwest of Hemto (Hama).
