BREAKING: Syriac Military Council thwarts attack by Turkish-backed terrorists in Tel Tamr
TEL TAMR, KHABUR, Syria – Fighters of the Syriac Military Council (MFS) have thwarted an attack by Turkish-backed terrorists on the Syriac village of Timar (Umm al-Kayf), Tel Tamr district. The attack happened today at around 12:30 in the afternoon and resulted in the killing and wounding of several terrorists.
In an exclusive statement to our news desk, a Syriac Military Council source said that MFS forces were able to kill and injure several terrorists during the push-back. The MFS source was not able to verify the exact number. There were no casualties among the fighters of the Syriac Military Council.
In writing the news, clashes in the area are intermittently ongoing.
MFS personnel is stationed along the frontline north of Tel Tamr in the Khabur Valley.
