Suspected Iranian arms shipment targeted by unidentified drones near Syrian–Iraqi border
DAYRO ZCURO, Syria — Yesterday, unidentified drones targeted a vehicle carrying weapons into eastern Syria from Iraq illegally. The location of the strike is near a well-known weapon smuggling route close to the town of Albu Kamal in the eastern countryside of Dayro Zcuro (Deir ez-Zor) used by Iranian groups to move weapons and personnel between the two countries.
