Russia releases footage showing it striking Syrian hospital with ballistic missiles

MOSCOW — On Thursday, Russia released footage of its Iskander short-range ballistic missiles being used in Syria. Intentionally or not, the footage shows the intentionally targeting of the Azaz hospital by at least two missiles.

A report by U.N. investigators also stated that there is evidence that Russian planes participated in attacks against non-military targets.
