Father Narsai Munir Oshana of Mor. Aphrem Assyrian Church in Zalin in North and East Syria passes away from COVID-19
ZALIN, Syria — After his health worsened by the corona virus, Father Narsai Munir Oshana, Priest of Mor. Aphrem Assyrian Church in Zalin (Qamishli) in North and East Syria, passed away on Monday.
Father Narsai is survived by his wife Munira Yukhna and his three sons, Ninibe, Ankido, and Akkad. Father Narsai was the son of the late Deacon Yunnan Oshana.
His funeral ceremony was held on Monday at the church he served. A Mass will be held at the same church on Wednesday at 08:30 local time.
