IRAQ: Beth Nahrain Organization for Women distribute winter clothes to returnees in Nohadra and Nineveh Plains

NINEVEH PLAINS and NOHADRA, Iraq — As part of its humanitarian work, the Beth Nahrain Organization for Women, in partnership with Polish non-profit Orla Straz (Eaglewatch), distributed winter clothes for returnees to the Nineveh Plain as well as Shengal (Sinjar) and Nohadra.

The winter clothing was distributed in the areas of Syriac towns of Bartella, Baghdede (Qaraqosh) and Karemlesh, as well as Sinjar, Nohadra, and Fishkhabur.

The program is part of the organization’s ongoing activities to helping displaced people and returnees following the liberation of their areas from the Islamic State.
