NORTH AND EAST SYRIA — Siham Qiryo, Co-Chair of the General Council of the Democratic Autonomous Administration (DAA) of North and East Syria told SuroyoTV that on 27 April the General Council met to pass the Investment Budget Law.
Qiryo pointed out that this law included the budget of the General Council, the Council of Justice, the Executive Council, and all seven Authorities, noting that the passage of such a law is a good step for the DAA and shows that the DAA is operating institutionally.
