General Command of Syriac Military Council of North and East Syria congratulates Muslims on Eid al-Adha

TEL TAMR, Syria — On Tuesday, the Syriac Military Council (Mawtbo Fulḥoyo Suryoyo, MFS) congratulated Muslims around the world on Eid al-Adha, saying:

“Today we congratulate our Muslim brothers and partners in the homeland in general and in North and East Syria in particular, and all the Muslims around the world, on the occasion of Eid al-Adha.

On this occasion, we call for close joint ranks and efforts within the components of the region to confront the challenges and threats that face our beloved homeland to preserve the gains of the struggle that have been achieved so far.

We must mention the great sacrifices made by our forces, including martyrs and wounded, and we would like to salute the families of the martyrs and their mothers in particular.”

The MFS noted that this success and safety that has been achieved is the fruit of the sacrifice of those martyrs, who gave their lives for the dignity, rights, and security of the Syriac (Aramean–Assyrian–Chaldean) people and all the peoples of the region.
