SYRIA: Fire Brigade in Hasakah graduates 4th batch of Civil Defense trainees
HASAKAH, Syria — After the 4th training course held by the Fire Brigade in Hasakah city, North and East Syria, a new batch of 81 members of the Civil Defense Teams were graduated.
In the presence of members of the Fire Brigade and Internal Security Forces (ISF) of North and East Syria, as well as representatives of various civil institutions, the graduation ceremony was held at the Fire Brigade headquarters.
The ceremony began with a performance of the graduates in which they portrayed their training on how to act in the event of fires or disasters, as well as how to rescue people in cases of drowning.
The 15-day course included theoretical lessons and practical applications on the correct ways to put out fires, in addition to how to rescue the injured and those trapped inside residential buildings.
The aim of holding this course, according to its supervisors, is to raise the readiness of the Fire Brigade members and enable them to carry out their tasks safely.
