The Syriac Military Council and the leadership of the military councils visit the Executive Council on the island

A delegation from the leadership of the military councils of the Syrian Democratic Forces in the Jazira region, the Syriac Military Council and the joint presidency of the Defense Office visited the Executive Council of the Jazira region in the city of Amuda.

The delegation was received by co-chairman of the Executive Council Talaat Younes and deputy of the co-presidency Ali Kaoud. According to the media of the Executive Council, the aim of the visit is to strengthen cooperation and interdependence between the military and civil councils in the Jazirah region, to affirm the right of the military forces to legitimate defense, and to offer congratulations on the advent of Christmas for the peoples of the region.

The discussion also revolved around the occupation and continuous attacks of Turkey and its mercenaries on the whole of Northern and Eastern Syria, with particular reference to the recent attacks on the cities of Zarkan and Tal Tamr and the difficulties faced by the residents of those areas.

At the conclusion of the visit, the visiting delegation affirmed that they are always ready to defend the people from any attacks, and that they will strive to recover and liberate the occupied areas in coordination and cooperation between the military forces and the civil administrations.
