Local Administrations Authority and Health Authority of North and East Syria hold annual meetings
NORTH AND EAST SYRIA — The Local Administrations and Environment Authority and the Health Authority of North and East Syria held their annual meetings this week which included a review of the political and organizational situation and the most prominent achievements of the previous year, in addition to the difficulties encountered in their work. The meetings ended with several decisions and outputs that will be implemented during the current year.
During the meeting, the representatives in attendance reviewed and discussed the political situation as well as the organizational and administrative situation of the local administration bodies and committees. They also covered the problems and difficulties that led to the delay in the implementation of some projects.
They also discussed the most important achievements of the Local Administration Authority, including the implementation of 900 service projects in various fields.
At the conclusion of the meeting, a strategic plan for the work of the authority was drawn up calling for the implementation of projects to rehabilitate central roads, plant new forests, build bridges, and implement women-specific projects.
It was also decided to prepare a conference for the municipalities, develop an internal system of communication for municipalities, and establish a house and street numbering system.
The Health Authority of the Democratic Autonomous Administration (DAA) of North and East Syria also held its annual meeting. The meeting included a discussion of the most important achievements and work of the Health Authority, as well as the challenges facing the medical sector. They also focused on developing a plan for the future work of the Health Authority in 2022.
One of the outcomes of the meeting was the formulation of a public health system for the regions of North and East Syria and its adoption according to a well-studied system which will clarify the rights and duties of citizens.
