LEBANON: Syriac Youth Union provides aid to Dar al-Sadaka in Zahle
ZAHLE, Lebanon — Amid the difficult circumstances in Lebanon, the Universal Syriac Union Party (USUP) is committed to securing the needs of the Syriac (Aramean–Assyrian–Chaldean) people in Lebanon.
A delegation from the Syriac Youth Union visited Dar al-Sadaka in Zahle. The delegation included Rula Maalouf Girgis, Duna Hanna, and Elias Khamis. They were received by Father Talal Thalab.
The delegation handed over hygiene and sterilization supplies provided by the Shai Fund and the Syriac Cross Organization for Relief and Development for the nursery.
Father Thalab welcomed the initiative and thanked the delegation for their support amid such dire circumstances.
