U.S.-led International Coalition reiterates support for Syrian Democratic Forces of North and East Syria
NORTH AND EAST SYRIA — The Combined Joint Task Force – Operation Inherent Resolve stated via Facebook that they will remain committed to supporting their Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) partners as they continue to defend North and East Syria.
The U.S.-led International Coalition proved their close partnership with the SDF most recently through their direct support in the air and on ground during the events of Al-Sina’a Prison in the Ghweran neighborhood of Hasakah in January.
“With the SDF, we will continue to work to maintain stability and protect the residents of the area,” the Facebook post stated.
Coalition forces recently brought large amounts of military reinforcements to their bases in North and East Syria, including the Bradley infantry fighting vehicles.
