Four ISIS terrorists killed in Iraq, eight convicts sentenced to death

The government security media cell in Iraq announced that warplanes targeted a hideout of the Islamic State organization (ISIS) and killed four of its members, and in the same context announced the supreme judicial council in Iraq issued the death sentence by hanging for eight convicts, including four members of the terrorist organization ISIS.

As part of its pursuit and elimination of ISIS terrorists, the government security media cell in Iraq said Thursday, in a press release: “According to accurate intelligence from the Federal Intelligence and Investigation Agency, F-16 aircraft carried out three air strikes on al-Walker, where ISIS terrorist elements are present in the al-Aith area of Salah al-Din province.”

According to the statement, the strikes resulted in the killing of four members of the ISIS terrorist gangs and the destruction of their camp and a motorcycle.

“The Anbar Criminal Court has sentenced four ISIS terrorists to death to death for detonating a car bomb in Ramadi,” the Supreme Judicial Council said on its website.

In another statement, the council said that “the Najaf Criminal Court sentenced four criminals to death by hanging for the murder of an officer after luring him from Dhi Qar province to Najaf province.”
