New Turkish bombing targets Routan village in countryside of Qabre Hewore, North and East Syria

QABRE HEWORE, Syria — After the recent Turkish attacks on areas of North and East of Syria, including areas of the Syriac (Aramean–Assyrian–Chaldean) people such as Moharkan, Routan, Shalhoumiya, and others, Turkish forces targeted safe civilian areas in the village of Routan yesterday after midnight.

In the recent bombardment, Turkish forces targeted the vicinity of Martyr Sanharib Academy of the Syriac Military Council (Mawthbo Folhoyo Suryoyo, MFS) in the village of Routan, northwest of Qabre Hewore, with three rockets. No information has been reported so far about the damage of the bombing.

Turkish forces frequently target the villages of the Syriac (Aramean–Assyrian–Chaldean) people. During the past week, they targeted the Church of Moharkan village and the villages of Routan and Mullah Abbas with nine rockets.
