NORTH AND EAST SYRIA — A delegation from the Democratic Autonomous Administration (DAA) of North and East Syria headed by Gabriel Shamoun, the Deputy Co-Chair of the Executive Council, participated in a dialogue forum organized by Rojava Center for Strategic Studies (NRLS) under the title “Turkish Occupation and Hegemony Policies Threaten the Security and Stability of the Region and Revive Terrorism”. The forum was attended by more than 200 figures. Participants discussed efforts towards clarifying the obstacles facing the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) and possible solutions in light of international changes.
Shamoun told Suroyo TV that their presence was in the name of the DAA and that the delegation’s position is the refutation of Turkish policies in terms of political, economic, societal, and security terms.
The forum concluded with presenting recent developments and highlighting one of the most important discussions, which was to emphasize the importance of standing united, both socially and militarily, in the face of Turkish attacks.
