Exhibition on Beth Nahrin held in Michigan, USA
MICHIGAN, United States — With the aim of spreading awareness of the ancient civilizations of the Syriac (Aramean–Assyrian–Chaldean) people, an exhibition on Beth Nahrin (Mesopotamia) was held at the Chaldean Community Foundation Hall in Sterlink Heights, Michigan, USA.
The exhibition was attended by a delegation from the Iraqi Association for Human Rights in the US and a large crowd of people.
Heritage, archaeological, and folklore paintings, pictures of Sumerian manuscripts, writings, clay tablets, handicrafts, the Hammurabi obelisk, and various other plastic works representing the rich history of the Beth Nahrin civilizations were on display.
Several films were also screened about the villages of the Syriac (Aramean–Assyrian–Chaldean) people, embodying their authentic heritage and culture in the homeland.
