Health center opens in Telskof in Nineveh Plains, Iraq

NINEVEH PLAIN, Iraq — On Saturday, the Health Directorate in Nineveh Governorate, Iraq, opened a health center in Telskof to ensure the provision of medical services for residents.

The inauguration was attended by priests of the Mor Gorgis Church in Telskof, Father Faris Yako Marawge and Father Karam Najib Qasha.

The event was also attended by Governor of Nineveh Najm al-Jubouri and Mayor of Tel Keppe (Tel Kaif) District Bassim Ballo, officials of government departments and institutions, and representatives of political parties and civil society organizations.

After the inauguration ceremony, al-Jubouri met with notables from Telskof and discussed with them the needs of the village.

Al-Jabouri stated that he understands the importance of implementing such projects and said they have future plans for more projects.
