Beth Nahrain Organization for Women in Iraq concludes Christmas events

NINEVEH PLAINS, Iraq — The Beth Nahrain Organization for Women (BNOW) in Iraq announced the conclusion of its Christmas and New Year’s events following the distribution of gifts to the children of Bartella and Alqosh.

With the support of We Are Christians, Shlomo Organization for Relief and Development, and the German Syriac Cross, the BNOW in Iraq distributed gifts and organized events for children across Nineveh Plains. The final events were held in Bartella at the Banafsag Governmental Kindergarten, Mar Ephrem Kindergarten, and the Children’s House Kindergarten.

BNOW official Sarah Mounir and BNOW members also distributed gifts to children in the villages of Barzawa, Dashqotan, Ain Beqara, Karmao, and Kerenjuk around the town of Alqosh.
