US State Department Envoy applauds Suroyo Media Foundation’s work during visit to headquarters in North and East Syria
ZALIN, Syria — US State Department Special Envoy to North and East Syria Nicholas Granger paid a visit to the headquarters of the Suroyo Media Foundation in Zalin (Qamishli), North and East Syria, on Monday as a part of his larger visit to the region.
Granger was warmly received by Suroyo General Official Simel Samuel and Suhel Bahho, a member of the Suroyo Administrative Committee.
During the visit, Samuel provided an overview of the establishment of the Suroyo Media Foundation, highlighting its various departments. She discussed the challenges and obstacles that the foundation has encountered, while also showcasing its diverse media outputs, including its TV channel, radio station, and SyriacPress Agency.
Granger, impressed by the dedication and professionalism of the foundation’s employees, took a tour of the different departments. He expressed his admiration for their hard work and acknowledged the significant efforts they contribute to the Suroyo Media Foundation.
