Kurdistan Democratic Party congratulates Bethnahrin Patriotic Union on opening of headquarters in Bartella, Iraq, discuss means of cooperation
BARTELLA, Iraq — The Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) delegation extended congratulations to the Bethnahrin Patriotic Union in Iraq (Huyodo Bethnahrin Athroyo, HBA) on the inauguration of their headquarters in Nineveh Plains town of Bartella, Iraq, during a recent meeting. The two parties engaged in discussions regarding potential collaboration in the region.
The delegation, consisting of local committee official Habib Kakai and other committee members from Bartella, was warmly welcomed by Youssef Yaqoub Matti, the head of HBA, and other HBA members at their newly established headquarters in Bartella.
Kakai conveyed his sincere congratulations to the HBA on the momentous occasion of their headquarters’ opening. Both sides emphasized the importance of constructive dialogue between the two parties to foster progress in Iraq amidst ongoing developments.
On 12 May, the HBA proudly unveiled their headquarters in Bartella, attracting a significant gathering of Chaldean–Syriac–Assyrian individuals from Bartella, as well as enthusiastic supporters from Ankawa, Baghdede, Karamlesh, and Nohadra (Duhok).
