French delegation expresses strong support for North and East Syria’s democratic project
NORTH AND EAST SYRIA — A delegation of French notables recently paid a visit to the Executive Council of the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria (AANES), reaffirming their unwavering support for its democratic project.
Among the delegation were Patrice Francheski — a renowned writer and expert in Kurdish and international affairs, François Henri Duzarbel — a respected French writer, and Zainab Al-Ghazoui — a writer and dedicated human rights activist.
The delegation was warmly received by the Co-Chairship of the AANES Executive Council. The delegation and Executive Council officials engaged in a comprehensive discussion concerning the challenges and obstacles encountered in North and East Syria. Additionally, they delved into AANES’s recent initiative aimed at resolving the Syrian crisis, highlighting the positive repercussions it has already achieved.
Throughout the visit, the delegation emphatically affirmed its unwavering support for AANES’s democratic project, which seeks to foster harmonious coexistence among all components. Furthermore, they expressed their steadfast commitment to combatting terrorism and working diligently towards attaining security and stability in the region.
