Demonstrations in support of Syrian Democratic Forces in Tabqa, Syria

TABQA, Syria — Residents of Tabqa, Syria, including individuals from civil and military institutions, political parties, and representatives of Tabqa tribes took to the streets to show their support for the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF).

During the demonstration, Ahmed al-Khalaf, the Head of the Council of the Future Syria Party in Tabqa, delivered a speech in which he praised the significant role played by the SDF in liberating areas of North and East Syria from the control of the Islamic State (ISIS).

Participants in the demonstration also emphasized that the Syrian Democratic Forces are a national military entity dedicated to safeguarding the region’s territory and ensuring the well-being of all ethnic and religious groups residing in the area.
