Syrian Democratic Forces firmly deal with saboteurs of Syrian regime in Dayro Zcuro (Deir ez-Zor), Syria
DAYRO ZCURO, Syria — The Military Council of Dayro Zcuro (Deir ez-Zor) in Syria and the Internal Security Forces (ISF) announced a forty-eight hours curfew in the Dayro Zcuro (Deir ez-Zor), starting from today, 5:00 a.m.
The SDF Media Center stated on Friday that the curfew comes due to the security conditions in villages east of Dayro Zcuro (Deir ez-Zor), which were exploited by armed groups affiliated with the security services of the Syrian regime and cells of the Islamic State (ISIS) in order to cause strife in the region.
The Media Center stressed earlier that the process of enhancing security is moving towards firmness, after the practice of proxies that have been intimidating the residents, destroying service institutions and looting their contents.
“The SDF will not tolerate the proxies who are trying to destabilize security, and will use legitimate military means to eliminate them,” read the SDF statement.
Elders of the clans in the region emphasize maintaining security, peace and restraint, in order not to drag the region into strife and chaos.
The SDF confirmed that their operations are not directed against the tribesmen, but against the groups of the Syrian regime and any groups that cause chaos.
