Syriac Cultural Association honors Syriac children who participated in Children’s Festival in North and East Syria

HASAKAH, Syria — The Syriac Cultural Association’s branch in Hasakah, North and East Syria, honored the children who participated in the Children’s Festival of the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria (AANES).

The event included entertainment, competitions and games, in addition to distributing gifts, consisting of complete school stationery and toys, amid folkloric dance and songs.

Member of the Administrative Committee of the Syriac Cultural Association Armin Mardo indicated that the gifts were presented by the AANES Culture and Arts Authority of Gozarto (Jazira) Region, in appreciation of efforts the children made during the festival.
