Syriac Military Council regional commander in Tel Tamr discusses Turkey’s wider agenda, urges unified resistance
TEL TAMR, Syria — In a recent interview with Ronahi TV, Syriac Military Council (MFS) commander for Tel Tamr Orom Qamishli shed light on the broader objectives behind the recent Turkish attacks on North and East Syria. Qamishli emphasized that the current attacks are part of a comprehensive strategy aimed at depopulating Syria, particularly northern Syria.
Speaking in Syriac, Qamishli elaborated on the Turkish occupation’s deceptive tactics, contending that it consistently employs false pretexts, ostensibly targeting organizations and forces in North and East Syria to legitimize its incursions into various cities and regions across Syria.
Qamishli issued a resounding call to the people of North and East Syria, urging a unified and resolute stance against the Turkey’s plans for their homeland. Emphasizing the imperative to defend their regions, Qamishli rallied the community, urging steadfast resistance until victory is achieved.
