Bethnahrin Patriotic Union in Iraq receives Bethnahrin Democratic Party delegation to discuss interests of Chaldean-Syriac-Assyrian people

ERBIL — Within the framework of strengthening bilateral relations to serve the interest of the Chaldean-Syriac-Assyrian people, the leadership of Bethnahrin Patriotic Union in Iraq (Huyodo Bethnahrin Athroyo, HBA) received the leadership of the Bethnahrin Democratic Party, headed by its Co-Chair Romeo Nissan Hakkari, accompanied by members of the Political Bureau Amer Huzeran and Jirjis Younan.

The delegation was received by the HBA Co-Chair Yusuf Yacoub Matti, member of the Executive HBA Office Ma’rib Imad and HBA official in Baghdede Branch Samer Khalid Shamoun.

The HBA leadership welcomed the visiting delegation. Discussions were about the situation of the Chaldean-Syriac-Assyrian people at political, and national level, as well as their fate and the obstacles they are going through.

The meeting also focused on rebuilding the national homeland of the Chaldean-Syriac-Assyrian people and working to unify the political decision of political parties of the Chaldean-Syriac-Assyrian people.

They also stressed discussion with politicians and clerics to draw a new road map to preserve the presence, rights and actual representation of the Chaldean-Syriac-Assyrian people.
