Historic bell inaugurated at Chaldean Catholic Church in Ankawa, Kurdistan Region of Iraq
ANKAWA, Kurdistan Region of Iraq — In a landmark ceremony, the Chaldean Catholic Church of Our Mother of Perpetual Help in Ankawa, Kurdistan Region of Iraq (KRI), celebrated the unveiling of its first-of-its-kind bell, attended by the esteemed Archbishop of the Chaldean Diocese of Erbil, Bishop Mar Bashar Matti Warda.
The event drew a significant turnout of devout followers, including Father Priests Nashwan Younan and Rebin Zaki, underscoring the community’s unity and reverence for this momentous occasion.
