St. Ephrem Patriarchal Development Committee launches Mor Ephrem Charity Dispensary in North and East Syria

NORTH AND EAST SYRIA — In a bid to bolster healthcare services for residents, the St. Ephrem Patriarchal Development Committee (EPDC), in collaboration with its partners, inaugurated the Mor Ephrem Charity Dispensary in Gozarto (Jazira), North and East Syria.

The opening ceremony was graced by the presence of Syriac Orthodox Archbishop of Gozarto and Euphrates, Mor Maurice Amsih, EPDC Director in Gozarto and Euphrates Branch Father Gabriel Khajo, EPDC staff, doctors, and Myrna Abboud.

The dispensary offers complimentary medical care across three clinics specializing in internal diseases, women’s health, and pediatric care. Additionally, it covers the expenses for various surgical procedures and medical examinations.
