Syriac Union Party welcomes delegation from Suria al-Watan Party

ZALIN, North and East Syria — The Syriac Union Party (SUP) in Syria hosted a delegation from the Suria al-Watan Party (Syrian Homeland Party) at the SUP headquarters in Zalin (Qamishli), North and East Syria.

Led by Secretary General Thabet al-Jawhar, the visiting delegation included members of the Syrian Homeland Party’s Political Bureau Ahmed Daraan, Abdul Razzaq al-Melhem, Abbas Sultan, and party member Nasr al-Daham.

The SUP received the delegation, with Co-Chair Sanharib Barsom and members of the SUP Executive Body Afram Ishaq, Habib Ardish, and Rubel Bahho present.

During the meeting, the visiting delegation extended congratulations on the successful conclusion of the SUP’s 4th Party Conference, emphasizing the importance of coordination between parties in North and East Syria.

Discussions between the two parties centered on various political issues of mutual concern, along with regional and national developments in Syria, particularly in North and East Syria.
