Christian Front in Lebanon salutes resistance of Rmaich resistance against Hezbollah
BEIRUT — During its periodic meeting at its headquarters in Ashrafieh, Beirut, the Christian Front in Lebanon saluted the Rmaich town residents, who confronted the pro-Iranian Hezbollah, which tries by all means to drag Rmaich town and other Christian border villages into a devastating war, with the aim of displacing the residents and controlling the border strip for the Iranian interest.
In a statement, the Christian Front called on the residents of Shiite villages in southern Lebanon to confront the Hezbollah, which caused destruction in their villages and led to their killing and displacement.
The Front reiterated its call for the Lebanese government to deploy the Lebanese Army alongside the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) and prevent Hezbollah from firing rockets at Israel, which responds by shelling villages and causing displacement.
The Front also reiterated its appeal to the sovereign parties and forces to resort to the UN through forming a parliamentary delegation representing all denominations, in order to officially demand the implementation of UN Resolution N. 1559, which it considers the best solution to get rid of the Hezbollah.
