Union of Free Media and World Union Origination for Arabic Press honors Suroyo Media Foundation
ZALIN, Syria — On the 31st anniversary of World Press Freedom Day, the Union of Free Media and World Union Origination for Arabic Press honored a number of journalists, independent media foundations and personalities.
The Suroyo Media Foundation in Syria, including Suroyo TV, Suroyo FM and SyriacPress Agency, were among the honored foundations.
Suroyo FM Official Samer Hanna stated that he is proud of honoring the Suroyo Media Foundation in Syria, indicating that the honoring is the result of a collective work of the Suroyo TV, Suroyo FM and SyriacPress Agency of Suroyo Media Foundation.
Suroyo TV Administrator Renia Malki declared that this honor is due to hard work and struggle of years.
In comments to our news desk, Official of Union of Free Media Hassan Zaza stated that they monitored the work of media institutions, as well as men and women journalists to evaluate their most prominent works and honor them.
