Syriac youth shows courage against Afghani attacker in Germany

MEINHEIM, Germany —  A European Parliament elections gathering took place in Meinheim, Germany to listen to politicians, including those  opposed to Islamist movements.

Among the attendee was a radical Islamist Afghani, who tried to attack politicians. A German policeman and some people, including a Syriac youth, tried to stop the attacker.

The German policeman died after a neck stab by the extremist attacker, and 6 other people were injured.

The news of the Syriac youth, who courageously intervened to confront the attacker, was widely circulated by the German media.

The attacker, who reportedly was 25 years old, was arrested, amid grief for the policeman.

German Prime Minister Olaf Schulz strongly condemned the attack.
