Bethnahrin Women’s Union in Giessen, Germany, joins Polheim cultural event, showcasing national heritage and supporting community
POLHEIM, Germany — The Oriental Dancers Club invited the Bethnahrin Women’s Union (Huyodo d’Neshe d’Bethnahrin, HNB) branch in Giessen, Germany, to attend and participate in an evening event held at the Polheim municipal headquarters.
At the event, the HNB organized a heritage table featuring traditional meals prepared by its members. The initiative aimed to strengthen the HNB’s relationship with local clubs and the residents of Polheim, while showcasing the Union’s work in Giessen. The proceeds from selling meals at the event will be allocated to support the Union’s activities, aid the needy within the community, and contribute to the institutions of the Bethnahrin National Council (Mawtbo Umthoyo D’Bethnahrin, MUB).
HNB official Maryam Budak, along with committee members, expressed gratitude to the women of the community for their assistance in preparing and selling the food. The Union also congratulated the participating women for their support and contribution to the successful event.
