RAQQA, Syria — On World Drug Day, the Internal Affairs Authority of the Democratic Autonomous Administration of the Region of North and East Syria (DAARNES) held an event at the Authority’s headquarters in Raqqa.
The event was attended by a DAARNES delegation represented by Co-Chairs of the Executive Council Hussein Othman and Avin Sweid, the General Command of the Internal Security Forces (ISF), as well as civil and military institutions.
