Syriac Union Party in Syria and Democratic Autonomous Administration of Region of North and East Syria solve Rafedain Tours issue  

ZALIN, NORTH AND EAST SYRIA —  Earlier, a misunderstanding took place between Rafedain Company for Tourism and Travel and a Kurdish Publishing House Official in Zalin (Qamishli), North and East Syria.

Following the misunderstanding, a widely-spread campaign of strife circulated on social media, and the Democratic Autonomous Administration of the Region of North and East Syria (DAARNES) formed a committee to solve the issue.

With efforts of the Syriac Union Party (SUP) in Syria, SUP officials and the DAARNES committee met with Rafedain Company officials and Publishing House Official.

After the meeting, the misunderstanding was clarified.

The SUP commended the meeting, including its role in solving the issue, in pursue of preserving civil peace and co-existence in the region.

Rafedain Company apologized for the misunderstanding that occurred, stressing its keenness not to repeat similar issues.
