North and East Syria official Gabriel Chamoun praises cultural diversity and resilience at debut of ‘For Life We Sing’ video
During the premiere of the video ‘For Life We Sing’, Gabriel Chamoun, Co-Chair of the Executive Council of the Democratic Autonomous Administration of the Region of North and East Syria (DAARNES), expressed his deep appreciation for artistic and cultural works that enrich and reflect the diverse Syrian heritage.
Chamoun highlighted the profound impact of such works on the human spirit, emphasizing how they revive the cultural authenticity of Syria’s many communities. He remarked that the nation’s cultural diversity enhances the uniqueness and depth of these creative efforts.
He also underlined the importance of nurturing Syria’s cultural landscape and harnessing the collective energy of its diverse population, noting that these objectives are central to DAARNES’s mission. Chamoun pointed out that this cultural promotion strengthens the ideals of coexistence and unity under the principles of a democratic nation.
Despite the daily challenges posed by ongoing Turkish attacks, Chamoun reaffirmed DAARNES’s determination to continue building and developing the region, driven by the resilience of its people.
