ERBIL — A brotherly meeting brought together Syriac Orthodox Patriarch Mor Ignatius Aphrem II received Catholicos-Patriarch of the Assyrian Church of the East Mor Awa III Royel at the headquarters of archdiocese of Mosul, Kerkheslokh (Kirkuk) and the Kurdistan Region of Iraq in Erbil.
The meeting was also attended by Chaldean Archbishop of Erbil Mor Bashar Matti Warda and Syriac Catholic Coadjutor Archbishop Nathanael Nizar Semaan.
Syriac Orthodox Patriarch thanked Mor Awa for the opportunity of spiritual meeting that brought them together with the rest of the archbishops.
