Democratic Autonomous Administration of Region of North and East Syria announced its readiness to receive Syrian refugees fleeing from Lebanon

NORTH AND EAST SYRIA —Amid the ongoing war between the Israeli Army and pro-Iranian Hezbollah in Lebanon, the Democratic Autonomous Administration of the Region of North and East Syria (AADRNES) announced its full readiness to receive Syrian refugees fleeing from Lebanon.

The AADRNES stated that the return of Syrian refugees from Lebanon is a fundamental right for them, especially after the recent escalation that exacerbated their suffering.

“It is necessary to urgently facilitate the Syrian refugees return to their country,” the AADRNES added.

The statement called on the government of the Syrian regime to facilitate the entry process of Syrian refugees to alleviate their suffering and save them from any potential threats.

The AADRNES representative office in Lebanon announced the formation of a committee to follow up the affairs of Syrian refugees from North and East of Syria, as well as forming coordination committees to follow up the affairs of other refugees returning to North and East Syria.
