Political parties of Chaldean-Syriac-Assyrian people in Iraq discuss latest political developments
ANKAWA, Iraq — The 5 national parties of Chaldean-Syriac-Assyrian people in Iraq, including Bethnahrain Patriotic Union Party (Huyodo d-Bethnahrin Athroyo, HBA), held a meeting at the headquarters of the Assyrian Democratic Movement in Ankawa of the Kurdistan Region of Iraq (KRI).
The meeting aimed at discussing the general political situation in Iraq and conditions of Chaldean-Syriac-Assyrian people, amid the escalation of the current stage.
During the meeting, the latest political developments in the region and their impact on the Iraqi national situation were discussed, in addition to exchanging views on relevant dossiers.
They also stressed the need for joint organizational work of the 5 parties, with focus on the situation of Chaldean-Syriac-Assyrian people at the current stage.
