Citizens for a Secure and Safe America organization delegation meets with U.S. President Donald Trump
WASHINTON, D.C. — A delegation from the Syrian organization of Citizens for a Secure and Safe America, with the participation of member of the Assyrian Democratic Organization (ADO) George Stifo, met with U.S. President Donald Trump.
The meeting discussed Syrian affairs. President Trump expressed his appreciation for the Syrian-American community and its positive contribution to American society.
“The meeting with President Trump was positive and frank. The need to find a political solution to the conflict in Syria, based on international resolutions, with efforts to protect civilians, was discussed,” Stifo stated, indicating that they thanked President Trump for his efforts in protecting civilians in Syria.
Stifo also stressed the organization’s readiness for future cooperation with President Trump’s team regarding Syrian affairs and Middle East issues.
Citizens for a Secure and Safe America (C4SSA) is a 501(c)(4) organization that believes a free, democratic and secular Syria will lead to a safer and more secure America.
Its Mission is to promote democratic change in Syria so that its citizens can live in a free, secular and prosperous country.
