Universal Syriac Union Party officials in Lebanon received politicians and clerics
ZAHLE, Lebanon — The Secretary General of the Universal Syriac Union Party (USUP) in Lebanon lawyer Michel Mallo received former MP lawyer Elie Maroni at the USUP headquarters, Zahle Branch.
They discussed the political and security situation of Lebanon in general and Zahle in particular, stressing the need to implement all international resolutions related to Hezbollah disarmament and Lebanese Army deployment in south of Lebanon, in preparation for the ceasefire.
The two sides also stressed speeding up the election of a president for Lebanon.
Maroni also saluted the USUP President Ibrahim Mrad.

They discuss the general situation in the Zahle and Bekaa regions.
The two sides stressed the need to unite the Christian ranks in Lebanon in the face of the challenges and dangers, amid the raging war between pro-Iranian Hezbollah and the Israeli Army.
