Syriac Maronite Patriarch Al-Raï calls on Lebanese Christian expertise not to sell their lands in Lebanon
BEIRUT — The Syriac Maronite Patriarch Mor Béchara Boutros al-Raï called on the Lebanese Christian expertise to return to their country, amid Lebanon’s exacerbated crises.
Al-Raï denounced the Christian expertise abandonment of Lebanon, demanding them not to sell their land.
“Lebanon has not and will not perish,” the patriarch stated.
He declared that the number of Christians who have emigrated from Lebanon is huge.
“Christians, unfortunately, do not respond to the calls to register their children in the Lebanese Embassies abroad, and this has a great impact on Christians in Lebanon,” Al-Raï stated.
